Jeffrey S. Hunt CMCA, AMS, PCAM President & General Manager

Jeffrey S. Hunt, Owner, President and General Manager of Hunt Management Incorporated, entered the real estate sales and management field in 1976 and in 1982 joined a small real estate management firm that Hunt ultimately purchased in 1986. Since that time, Hunt Management has become one of the largest and most experienced community association management firms in Wisconsin.

Hunt holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation, the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation and the premiere Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI), a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations through education and resources for community association management professionals. Hunt recently served as President of the CAI-Wisconsin Board of Directors, frequently speaks at educational seminars and has published numerous industry related articles. In 2018, Hunt was honored with the CAI Excellence Award at the CAI Conference and Trade Show.

As more community associations are created and as community association management becomes even more demanding and exacting, Hunt looks forward to continued, controlled growth of the firm while maintaining its reputation as a superior community association management company. All members of the Hunt Management team share Hunt’s personalized attention to detail and a “hands-on” management style, which are hallmarks of the professional management service provided by Hunt Management Incorporated. In 2017 Hunt Management was awarded the CAI Business Partner of the Year designation.


Terry R. Handel CMCA, AMS, PCAM Vice-President & Senior Property Manager

Terry Handel began his affiliation with Hunt Management Incorporated in 1985. Later, while attending college he worked with the firm on evenings and weekends and ultimately came to work directly for Hunt Management in 1986 to spearhead the HMI Property Maintenance division of the company.

After graduating in 1990 with a degree in marketing, he was hired by an apartment community to manage a 56 unit building and was promoted to Property Maintenance Supervisor at Hunt Management. As a supervisor he was responsible for overseeing a staff of up to six employees, coordinating projects as well as working with “onsite” personnel at Hunt Management’s ever increasing portfolio of community associations.

In 1992 Terry was promoted to a Property Manager position, managing nearly 1,000 Association Units, He quickly established a solid, knowledgeable, “hands-on” relationship with Hunt Management’s clients and in 1997 became the Senior Property Manager, responsible for helping to train and lead Hunt Management’s team of Property Managers.

In 2003 he was named corporate Vice-President and in 2007 he acquired an ownership interest in Hunt Management, now working closely with Jeff Hunt in the firm’s management and marketing efforts. Handel holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designations from the Community Associations Institute and was a charter member of the CAI-WI Board of Directors on which he served as President for two years. Handel often speaks at seminars on various community association management related topics.


Christine S. Hunt Corporate Secretary & Office Manager

Christine Hunt joined Hunt Management as a bookkeeper in 1985 and quickly became an integral member of the fledgling Hunt Management team. Chris has been instrumental in the company’s growth and as office manager, she effectively manages the day to day “trials and tribulations” of the office, its equipment and employees. Chris holds a Wisconsin real estate sales license and in addition to continuing education in real estate, accounting and physical fitness, she is involved in various charitable and volunteer groups. Chris holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI).


Nikki Mahsem Director of Client Services & Property Manager

Nikki Mahsem joined Hunt Management in September 2008. Nikki spearheaded and oversees Hunt
Management’s Client Services division and has contributed to Hunt Management’s success as the
largest Community Association management firm in Wisconsin. Nikki is driven to provide the best
customer service possible to all Hunt Management client associations. Nikki spends the majority of
her free time with her daughter, who is a very active athlete and a member of many extracurricular
clubs. They travel all over the State to various tournaments and other sporting events. Nikki has
been a member of the CAI Wisconsin Tradeshow Committee since 2018 and enjoys creating
themes and bringing together speakers, vendors and topics, that make the tradeshow a wellattended, interactive event year after year. She especially enjoys making Hunt Management’s trade
booth memorable for all attendees.


Samantha Hoppe CMCA Property Manager

Samantha joined Hunt Management in June 2015 and brings to the firm and her client associations 19 years of real estate management experience, most recently serving as an Area Manager for a large regional management firm. In that position, Samantha assumed full responsibility for 14 communities with more than 1,200 Units and a staff of 28 people. Her portfolio included properties located in Menomonee Falls to the North, Madison to the West and Yorkville, Illinois to the South. Samantha’s vast experience and customer service mantra exemplify the Hunt Management Mission and her contributions to the Hunt Management team are appreciated by staff and her client associations alike. Just recently, Samantha earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation through the Community Associations Institute (CAI).


Kristine Depies CMCA Property Manager

Kristine joined Hunt Management in January 2018 with fourteen years of real estate management experience, eleven years in the Metro-Milwaukee area and three years in Boston Massachusetts. Kristine’s property management experience spans both investment property and community association management. Kristine earned a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree from Boston University where she was on the Dean’s List. Kristine also holds a Wisconsin Real Estate Sales license, the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) designation and she is working toward her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation.


Tiffany Engler Property Manager

Tiffany joined Hunt Management in August 2018. She is the Director of Property Management at Landmark on the Lake – a 275 condo high rise overlooking Lake Michigan. Tiffany has four years of residential property management experience. During that time she earned the Accredited Residential Manager ® Certificate (ARM ®) and was recognized with a “Creative/Innovative award” and “Rising Star” award. She also served as an “angel” – training new employees.

Prior to property management, Tiffany owned and operated, Your Life Organized, LLC, a professional organizing and coaching company based out of St. Louis. For nine years she helped people create order and develop systems that would allow them to maintain the order for life. During that time, she earned the Certified Organizer Coach ® designation and Certified Professional Organizer designation ® – which included 2,000 hours of communications and organizing courses. She also served as President of the National Association for Professional Organizers – St. Louis Chapter.

Tiffany graduated from UW-Oshkosh with a communications degree in Radio-TV-Film and minor in Journalism. After graduation she worked as a TV News producer in Wausau, Green Bay and Portland, OR before changing careers. During this time, Tiffany interned at Dateline NBC in Washington D.C. She was the President of the National Broadcasting Society-Oshkosh Chapter and worked as the assistant to the Executive Director for the National Broadcasting Society. She attended all board meetings and played a large role in organizing the day-to-day operations, including the annual national convention.

Tiffany is excited to be a part of the Hunt Management team and looks forward to years of continued service and growth.


Stefanie Lamparter Property Manager

Stefanie joined Hunt Management in August 2019. She is the Assistant Property Manager at The Landmark on the Lake Condominium – a 275 condo high rise overlooking Lake Michigan. Stefanie brings to the position six years of property management experience. Stefanie studied English Literature and Political Science at Washington University in St. Louis from 2009 to 2013 then joined a regional property management firm as a leasing consultant at Mequon Trail Townhomes, a 248 Unit property in central Mequon. In 2015 Stefanie was promoted to the position of Assistant Property Manager at Mequon Trail, where she helped manage the day to day operations and a $6,000,000 annual budget of this 500-resident complex. Stefanie possesses excellent communication and customer service skills and is known for her organizational aptitude and for staying calm under pressure. Stefanie works closely with Tiffany Engler at The Landmark and together they provide excellent service to The Landmark Board of Directors and Owners.


Brandon Grosz, CMCA, AMS, CERT Property Manager

Brandon Grosz joined Hunt Management in September 2020. Brandon had been in the property
management business for six years, most recently with a large, regional property management firm
in the Chicago area, where he managed 6 client associations comprised of 2,000 total Units.
Brandon has earned his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and Association
Management Specialist (AMS) designations through the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
Brandon is currently working toward obtaining the CAI Professional Community Association
Manager (PCAM), the pinnacle of designations awarded by CAI. He graduated from Northern
Illinois University earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate and Organizational
Communication with an emphasis on Marketing and Human Resources. And beyond all that,
Brandon is a really nice guy. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, golfing, refereeing basketball
games, playing video/ card games, and watching movies. Brandon was grateful for the opportunity
to expand his community association management career in our area, and we are thankful he joined
Hunt Management’s professional and experienced management staff.


Antoinette Collins Property Manager

Antoinette joined Hunt Management in June 2021 and brings to Hunt Management and her client
associations ten years of property management experience, specializing in residential property
management, both rental and association management. Prior to that she was in the banking and
hospitality industries. She earned an Associate Degree in Business Management at Cardinal Stritch
College and has begun her CAI (Community Association Institute) education with completion of the
M-100 and M-200 Courses, working toward her CMCA (Certified Community Association Manager)
and AMS (Association Management Specialist) designations. She is excited to have joined the Hunt
Management team and is benefitting from the collective experience and knowledge of all twelve HMI
mangers toward developing her own portfolio of satisfied Community Associations.
